Lota Sagor

I am Lota, the creator and active service provider of the Ehe Puudutus salon. I am a masseuse and Reiki practitioner, but above all a simple person who respects nature and everything natural. I feel a great sense of mission when working with people. Healing, in this natural way, is a topic very close to my heart.

I started my massage studies in the fall of 2020, feeling that this was the right field for me. I acquired my massage knowledge at the Alar Krautman Health Academy in the classical massage specialty. I started this work in 2021, halfway through my studies, but having already acquired basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology and the main massage styles. Later, in the winter of 2023, I studied additional courses such as Japanese facial massage and deep facial massage.

Reiki knowledge and initiations are more recent. I started in the spring of 2023 and received my second degree initiations in the fall of 2024. When working with a client, I feel how my hands activate and the practice works. In this work, I am like a channel through which the client receives the necessary energy and information.
